My wife and I had been hoping to stop by Eggsmart. We finally visited this past Sunday of February 2nd!
A quaint cafe, space is limited while well planned. The decor helps welcome diners in an artfully inviting fashion.

The iced coffee was wonderful. The sweetness was described as a syrup and had a lovely smoky hint, as-if caramelized sugars in a stovetop pan over heat.

Hollandaise over eggs will always please, I enjoyed this incredible omelette with my one requested addition. The sausage had applewood campfire hints that were wonderful.

Eggs Benedict over french toast is spectacular, my wife ordered this delicious dish. I’ve had a slightly adjusted version here before too: smoked salmon instead of bacon, yum!

Being new to Canada, Kraft peanut butter was peculiar initially (mostly a dairy company in America). I enjoyed the creamy spread with a buttery delight.

Eggsmart was wonderful! While busy, we weren’t ignored. Our waitress tended to us, and the chefs accommodated my dish tweaks well. We left satisfied, a great start to a sunny Sunday.
Cherish more moments!
– Nate 🙂
