It was a late evening by union station. I was looking to ease my hunger burden. The smell of pizza and a wood stove brought me through the doors.
The wild pepperoni pizza ordered was beautiful. A field of red blooms dotting about a round cheese-on-bread canvas.

The crust, a wonderfully airy delight, not a heavy burden to chew through. The flavour was pleasant, not bitter—while slightly sweet.

I enjoyed the ratio of mozzarella, tangy pepperoni and zesty italian salami—an electric orchestration across the taste-test palette.

I enjoyed myself enough to confidently confirm the pizza and peach tea disappeared happily. The chocolate chip cookie disappeared too, while it was the only unsavoury element. It struck me as stale and stamped (manufactured). Something fresh and hand-spun, like the pizza, would be welcome.

Doughbox is a deliciously fiery destination. You’d do well to give their array of pizza pies a tantalizing try.
Cherish more moments!
